LIGHTNING TALK: Utilizing the Communication Center: A Resource for Students and Faculty

Communication Center Coordinators conducted interviews with the centerâs coaches and students who visited the center. Themes from the interviews indicated students who used the center felt more confident during presentations. Coaches indicated clients who visited multiple times and had specific goals were able to make significant progress with their communication skills. Faculty can meet with the coordinators to determine how to integrate the center into their classes to help students improve their communication skills.
