Want to talk about one of the On Demand pre-recorded sessions with the authors and other colleagues?
Join us for this informal session in which the authors will play the pre-recorded video for everyone to watch together and then open the rest of the time up for discussion.
This Watch Party is about Student initiated Courses.
Computer Science (CS) and non-CS majors are often interested in specific topics that are minimally covered in other courses. Technologies change rapidly and it would be valuable for our students to be exposed to current trends in order to be competitive in the job market. Student Initiated Courses are 1-credit courses that cover special and emerging topics of interest to undergraduate students. Courses are collaboratively designed by student facilitators and faculty advisors (faculty advisors are the instructors of record).
