Abstract

What particular challenges do Masonââ¬â¢s Term Teaching Faculty (and others juggling 4/4 and
greater loads) face? How do we cope with those challenges? This discussion, preceded by
brief presentations by the facilitators, will draw on the collective wisdom of participants
to identify challenges, share coping strategies, and brainstorm institutional changes.
